含铒先进铝合金 邹景霞1,左铁镛1,金头男1,聂祚仁1,付静波1,杨军军1 (1.北京工业大学材料科学与工程学院,北京,100022) 摘要:综述了Er在高纯铝, Al-Mg, Al-Zn-Mg, Al-Li以及Al-Cu合金中的作用情况, 分析讨论了Er在铝及其合金中的作用机制. 结果表明: 对于高纯铝, Al-Mg, Al-Zn-Mg, Al-Li合金来说, 适量Er可以显著细化合金铸态晶粒, 能够在一定程度上抑制再结晶, 提高合金热稳定性, 与此同时可以提高不同热处理状态下的合金的拉伸强度与硬度, Er的细化及强化作用主要与Al3Er相的形成有关;对于Al-Cu合金, Er能够细化枝晶网胞组织, 提高再结晶温度, 然而对合金的力学性能并无益处. 关键词:铒; 热稳定性; 拉伸强度; Al3Er; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

铒微合金化及冷轧后退火对电工铝合金性能的影响刘勇,文胜平,刘同辉,王为,陈子勇北京工业大学材料学院摘 要:研究Er微合金化和冷轧后退火对电工用铝合金性能的影响,以期得到兼具有较高的强度和电导率的电工铝合金产品.研究结果表明:Er的添加能够在退火过程中析出Al3Er相,提高轧态组织的再结晶温度;AlEr合金样品由于具有较高的热稳定性,能够在退火过程中保持强度不明显下降的前提下,得到具有较高电导率的合金热处理状态.对于文中所涉及的AlEr合金,冷轧后300℃等温处理24100 h之间是最为优化的热处理工艺,兼具有较高的强度和电导率.关键词:铝合金;微合金化;退火;电导率;铒;......
